What's in it for me?
Like Alltech, Veraciti provides onsite and remote computer support.
However, when you call our office for support and select Option 2. You will
immediately be connected with a technical staff member. As a result, we
may be able to resolve your problem over the phone. In addition, because
we offer a selection of Internet access and web and email hosting services,
Veraciti has a strong depth of knowledge of interfacing your computer network
with Internet and the best practices for ensuring your data security and

Is Dylan McTigue still available to handle my account?
We are pleased to say that Dylan is working with Veraciti and will
be available for service calls. However, in order to better service your
account, we may send one of our other certified technicians. This is beneficial
to you as it provides redundancy of knowledge of your computer environment
in the event that Dylan is unavailable in the time frame that you require.

How will I be billed?
Veraciti began providing support for Alltech customers as of November
3, 2004. Any service provided on or subsequent to November 3, 2004 will
be billed by Veraciti. You will receive an invoice which you may pay by
check or credit card. If you prefer, you may contact our accounting department
to provide us with your credit card information.
What will my rates be?
Veraciti's rates are consistent with Alltech's rates. As a courtesy, our
initial service call will be at the Alltech rates. However, we will be contacting
each of you individually to discuss our rate plans and your options going
forward. Veraciti offers a variety of support plans that can be tailored
to suit your needs.
